The service

Domaris, provided by Verath LLC, lets you view and control connected devices from different brands in one place. Domaris works through each brand's own service; when a brand's service is down or changes, some features may stop working until it is restored.

Your account and home

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your home.
• Guests you invite can control only the devices you choose, for the time you choose.

Safety

• Domaris is not a professional security, monitoring or emergency service. Do not rely on it to protect life or property.
• Automations that affect locks, water or heating act on your instructions. Review them carefully. Domaris asks you to confirm unlocking and opening actions.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan covers up to 15 devices. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, leak sensors and sump pump monitors do not count toward any limit. Devices beyond your plan's limit stay visible but cannot be controlled until you upgrade or remove other devices.
• Paid plans renew automatically through the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout until you cancel. If you move to a smaller plan, all your devices keep working for 30 days.

Brands you connect

Your use of each brand's devices and services is also governed by that brand's terms. Disconnecting a brand removes its devices from Domaris.
