Delete your Domaris account

Domaris is made by Verath LLC. You can delete your account at any time, from the phone app or the web, without contacting us.

How

In the phone app: open Settings, scroll to Delete account, review what will be deleted, and confirm with your password.
On the web: sign in, open Settings › Delete account, review what will be deleted, and confirm with your password.
Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email first.

You'll get an email confirming the deletion.

Your profile: name, email, password and settings.
Homes you own, with their devices, rooms, automations, scenes, history, energy readings and connected brand accounts. Saved brand connections are disconnected and their keys destroyed. Anyone you shared those homes with loses access to them.
Your access to homes owned by others. In a rental, the devices and accounts you added as a tenant are removed too.
Your notifications, favorites, arrival and departure sharing, requests, sessions and phone notification tokens.

In homes owned by other people, the history of what happened there (for example "the porch light was turned off") stays for that home, no longer linked to your account.
Backups are overwritten on their normal schedule (to be confirmed before launch). Records the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, are kept for the time required.
